Refund Policy

SehreIdeas will assure of our high-quality plugins, if in case you are not convinced you can ask for the refund, which would be duly processed back for you. Please read the guidelines governing the refund policy.


We do not issue refunds if the issues are:

  1. If you found your web server doesn’t meet the requirement of WordPress or denied to update the PHP, MySQL version.
  2. You changed your mind about the purchase.
  3. You choose not to use the product anymore.
  4. You have purchased the plugin/subscription, and after installing and testing the plugin, have found that it will not work for your business or required setup.
  5. You find that our product doesn’t suit your needs (our live demo site are very explanatory of our plugins)
  6. Please note, technical issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
  7. You bought an item by mistake and the product(s) was sent/already downloaded by you.
  8. You do not contact or cooperate with support team for help.
  9. You are unable to show proof or screenshot of broken part or missing.
  10. You are responsible for all costs of currency conversion relating to a transaction on our website. Your financial institution does the currency conversion and may charge you additional fees (we don’t control either the conversion rates or your financial institution’s fees)
  11. We will not accept refund request for Bundle purchase for any items when your purchased add-ons bundle we assume you already experienced with it.



We issue refunds if the following criteria apply:

  1. There was an issue with the description of the product and you were misled.
  2. If our support team unable to fix the problem.
  3. If your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the plugin properly or get the plugin to perform its basic functions, we will happily consider your refund request.

Updates to the refund policy

This refund policy can be updated at any time, without prior notice and is applicable immediately for all subscriptions and subscribers. It is considered an integral part of our Terms of Service and its acceptance is mandatory for all users. reserves the right to refuse refunds if any efforts of refund policy abuse are detected.
